2GoodGuys Horny Pig Meat Rub

£8.99

Horny Pig is an A1 original rub for pork devised and tested by our own sweet selves with a little help from one of Dorset's very best butchers. Horny Pig owes its name to an ancestor of the piggy that might have left trotter-prints all over the Jurassic Coast ('it was just that the time was wrong, Juliet'*).

With a hefty dose of pork-loving spices used all over the Med and beyond this little cracker wants to be with pork butt, pork shoulder, pulled pork, pork chops on the bbq or if time is short then rubbed onto pork tenderloin and fried, baby, fried. Make it into a marinade with olive or rapeseed oil and orange or pineapple juice and work it in all over. Made in our own little factory where we source 90% of our ingredients from a single supplier a family firm with over 40 years' experience in milling and blending spices. Home made for home coookin'.
