Using just salt, herbs and aromatics Everyday Umami lifts and brightens the flavour of raw vegetables and salads, cooked green vegetables especially broccoli and courgettes, roast meats including chicken and lamb, steaks and also baked fish. Has a real affinity with olive oil use it in all olive-oil-based savoury dishes. Everyday Umami is simple and highly effective and it's our own recipe that you won't find anywhere else. Our best-selling product for many years it's made with only natural ingredients. Keep it by the cooker and use it every day.

How to use 

use as a finishing salt on raw vegetables, cooked vegetables and salads. Use as in ingredient in soups, stews, casseroles. Sprinkle onto fish to be baked in the oven or air fryer. Use as a rub on roast chicken, roast lamb, steak

At last, found the one...

Been looking for a really good kebab marinade for chicken for years. Finally found it!
This give the meat a fantastic authenic, to me, flavour that's every bit as good any restaurant or street food I've had. The only issue is the 90g tin simply isn't big enough for how much I want to use!
